Lucerito Chavez, is a first-generation college graduate from Kansas City, KS. The oldest of ten siblings, Lucy is driven by her commitment to supporting others. A recent graduate of Park University, Lucy majored in Spanish Education K-12. Previously serving HDF as an intern, she has continued to support HDF’s mission through the Scholar Advisory Board.  Alongside her academic pursuits, Lucy coaches 8th-grade girls soccer at Sumner Academy. Outside of HDF, Lucy enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, hitting the gym, and crafting.
