Meet Jessica Jasso
With a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and an endorsement in English as a Second Language from Kansas State University, Jessica's career has been marked by a commitment to reducing educational disparities for low-income, first-generation, and students of color.
Raised in Olathe, Kansas, Jessica draws inspiration from her family's immigrant background and her three older sisters, who paved the way for her to become the first in her family to graduate college. She is passionate about education's transformative power and believes it is key to creating more equitable communities.
In her free time, Jessica cherishes quality moments with her family, friends, two cats, and puppy. She finds joy in dancing and exploring new destinations through travel, embracing life with enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure.
