Born in Chihuahua, Mexico and raised in Kansas City, MO – Cinthia takes pride in her roots and the strong sense of community that has shaped her. A first-generation college graduate, Cinthia knows firsthand the barriers that many individuals in our community face today. Receiving her Associate’s Degree from MCC-Penn Valley and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Park University, Cinthia prides herself in having a solid foundation to empower others in their educational pursuits. Cinthia brings several years of experience working in the non-profit sector, and has a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of our community. Outside of work, Cinthia’s greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her husband Eric, her son Alex and her whole family. With her educational background, non-profit experience, and passion for making a difference, Cinthia hopes to empower individuals and help our community reach their full potential.
